VOCAL & GUITAR
Tom Saliceti
From the early age of twelve, singing in local garage bands and from the moment he first strummed a guitar, music has been life's momentum behind Tom. He has spent all his adult years working hard to provide for his family, but was and is never too tired to pick up his Les Paul or Stratocaster to participate in a jam. Simply said, "He walks these streets, with a loaded six string on his back. He plays for keeps, cause he might not make it back". He has been the lead guitarist and vocalist for a number of different bands over the years to include, The Heat, Legal Limit, Kindred Spirts, Network and Strange Brew and is now ready to rock and roll once again with Scratch.
VOCAL & GUITAR
Paul Isaac
Sticks, strings or other things! If you can make music with it, Paul will definitely give it a try. From his first drum set pulled from his mom’s pantry until now, music has always played a large part of his life. Paul’s first professional gig was at age fourteen and from there it was pretty much nonstop in the music biz until 2003, when he and his family relocated to San Antonio. After 8 years out of the music scene he has joined up with “Scratch” and is excited to be back playing regularly. Whether out touring or playing right here at home, no matter what instrument he’s playing or if he’s singing, the thrill of making music and playing for music lovers is what matters to Paul Isaac.
DRUMS
Scott MacWilliams
Scott played drums with 3 very successful and popular rock bands in Ohio over a 12 year period. He took a break from rock clubs for two years to tour the Eastern and Southern United States with a show band. It was back to the rock world to join Perfect Stranger for 5 years. The band decided to move to Los Angeles and did cover material to generate income but the main focus was on original material. Perfect Stranger headlined their own shows as well as opening for bands like Bachman Turner Overdrive, Fiona and Eddie Money. The band spent hundreds of hours in the studio, eventually landing a development deal with RCA. Scott recently relocated to San Antonio and found SCRATCH and is looking forward to recording some new original music, which SCRATCH has a wealth of.
BASS & BACKING VOCALS
Pete Bella
After his parents died as missionaries in darkest Africa, Peter was raised in the wild by baboons until the age of thirteen. He escaped from the London Zoo ten years later, cleaned up remarkably (sort of), learned to play bass guitar, and became a busker in the London underground in order to escape his pursuers. Stowing away in the damp hold of a German cargo vessel bound for New Orleans, he then managed to survive as a musician along the swamps of the Mississippi delta. He eventually gained a strong popular following, becoming famous for his wilderness-savage howling during the chorus of "Proud Mary" after a few beers. Having been now for some time in the wilds of America instead of the wilds of Africa, he is rather less prone to bite, although it is still considered unwise to taunt him while he is on stage. If provoked sufficiently, he can leap almost twenty feet with his bass around his neck from a stage just a foot or two high. Caution is urged, but a great time is guaranteed at every gig. (P.S. He also doesn't mind when younger musicians consider him "seasoned.")
